Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely! Our kids yoga sessions are designed to be fun, gentle, and beginner-friendly, so no previous yoga experience is needed. We guide children through simple poses, playful movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation in a supportive and encouraging environment.
-
No, parents do not need to stay during the session. We encourage parents to give their child a reassuring hug and a positive goodbye at drop-off. This helps children settle more easily and build confidence in an independent learning environment.
Our workshops are designed to be a safe, supportive, and engaging space where children can enjoy yoga, creativity, and social interaction with their peers. With small groups (maximum 8 children), we are able to provide attentive guidance and ensure every child feels comfortable and included. 😊
